Overview

The Dark Web Credential Monitoring service provides proactive visibility into credentials circulating on dark web forums, data dumps, and illicit marketplaces. The Service will allow the Customer Organisation to access real-time intelligence on data exposures beyond the traditional security perimeter.

The goal is to empower your security team with early-warning information that enables swift response, which will allow you to limit reputational, financial, and operational risk with a faster, intelligence-driven approach.

What can I expect from Dark Web Credential Monitoring?

Organisations who are already Clients of Secure X’ Security Operations centre can have their DWCM events integrated into their existing SOC/SIEM service with Secure X. This will allow us to triage any credential leaks and to provide correlated details around any such incidents. Existing SOC clients can also elect to receive email notification of any new credential leak incidents.

This information is also accessible via the Web Portal where additional information is available.

Non-SOC clients will not have the option to link to a SOC.

Standalone clients will have the option of receiving email notifications (as per the sample above) of any credential leaks.

Standalone users will also have the option of accessing this information via the Web Portal.

How do I create an account?

You can request an account to the DAWN Platform via a request to your designated account representative. If you are a new client, get in touch via letstalk[@]riskxgroup.com to show your interest in DAWN and we will contact you.

How is the service accessed?

Dark Web Credential Monitoring is accessed via our Dawn Portal and is a cloud serviced.

The URL for DWCM is: https://dawn-ai.io

What browsers are supported?

We support Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Small factor devices like Tablets and iPads are supported. Due to the amount of data and visualisations on the platform, Phone devices might not render correctly in all instances.
